When you provide us with that address, we will ship your items to that address. MYUS will then ship the items to you. We are not affiliated with MYUS. It simply gives our customers an option to receive their orders internationally, because we do not ship directly to International addresses.

You can check the status of your order in your account here. Processing means that we are busy getting your order packed carefully and ready for shipping. When the item is shipped, it will be reflected in the order section of your account. You will also receive an email with a live tracking link. Please check your spam or junk mail if you do not see the email. There will be a link in your account as well, in your account page.

You can only cancel your order if it has not shipped. Be aware that the status of your order may not be updated in your account for a period of time. The item may have been shipped but not updated in the system. So if it has shipped, we cannot cancel it. Once you recive the item, you can start the return here. You have 30 days after placing your order. The item must be in the original packaging and in new condition.
