I bought this size small helmet for my 10yo son. His head measures 21in around. This is for him to ride his electric scooter around. This product is a steal! Super easy for him to fasten. It is a tad big but I’m super impressed with the quality and comfort. We liked it so much the neighbor bought one for her son as well.
